Canada's wine selection in this collection includes Lakeview Cellars ice wine made from Vidal and Cabernet Franc. These concentrated sweet wines offer a different perspective on Canadian drinks, with distinct fruit character and a balance of sweetness and acidity.
Serve ice wine chilled in a small glass, either on its own or with a carefully chosen dessert or cheese. Compare the grape variety and tasting notes to find the style you prefer. A modest pour allows time to enjoy the wine's concentration and finish.
