Barbados has a well-established rum tradition with a range of blending and maturation styles. Doorly's rums in this collection introduce expressions that can show fruit, spice and oak in different proportions, offering plenty to compare within the category.
Choose a rum for sipping or for a cocktail according to its flavour and strength. A small neat pour helps you explore texture and finish, while a restrained mixer can keep the rum in focus. Read each expression's details to find the balance you prefer.
