Grown in calcareous soils in Central Mexican plateau in the state of San Luis Potosí, Agave Salmiana “Green Giant” takes 8 years to reach maturity. The Mezcal Machetazo Salmania has underlying fresh floral and citrus notes prelude the silky smooth aftertaste and lingering presence of spicy pepper.
