Please note that when you submit an order through the Website, no agreement is formed until we process and accept your order and send you a confirmation. If an error affects your order (such as a pricing or stock error), we may choose not to fulfill the order. If we are unable or unwilling to fulfill your order, we will process a full refund as soon as practicable.

2. Payment

You agree to pay us the purchase price listed on the Website, subject to the proviso above in the case of accidental errors and omissions. Our prices may vary from time to time, and you acknowledge and agree that we may do so at any time with notice, provided by us posting the updated price on our Website. Full payment in cleared funds, including any postage fees, is a condition of this agreement. Any breach will entitle us to terminate this agreement immediately. If a payment request is returned or denied by your financial institution or remains unpaid for any other reason, you will be liable for any associated costs incurred by us, including banking fees and charges. We may also immediately stop delivery of any unpaid goods until we receive your full payment.

If you fail to pay us for an order, or if an insolvency event occurs in relation to you (such as committing an act of bankruptcy or becoming insolvent), we may suspend delivery of an order, require payment in a particular form, or terminate this agreement. Currently, we accept payments through a third party, ‘Xendit’.

By making a payment, you warrant that you have read and agreed to the terms of any third-party payment gateway, processor, or credit provider, which are available on their respective websites. These services are provided by secure third parties and are available on our Website for convenience only. We are not responsible for any issues, loss, or damage arising from these facilities. If you encounter an issue with a third-party provider on our Website, please contact them directly.

3. Discounts and Coupon Codes

We may offer discounts or coupon codes from time to time. These discounts and coupon codes are not available in conjunction with any other offer. For instance, if two promotions are available simultaneously, you can only apply one discount or coupon code to a purchase, not both.

Discounts and coupon codes are available for the stated time or for a period of seven (7) days from the date the offer was first made, or until stocks last, whichever occurs first. Unless otherwise specified in our offer, discounts and coupon codes are available on full-priced goods only. Coupon codes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash under any circumstances. We reserve the right to revoke any discount offer or coupon code at any time without notice.

4. Postage and Delivery

We ship products exclusively within Indonesia, using various delivery service providers to facilitate this process.

a) Rates

You agree to pay the postage fees calculated at checkout. Although we strive for accuracy, technological errors can occur. Should there be an error in the calculation of your postage costs, we will contact you before processing your order to discuss options, such as paying any additional costs or modifying your order. Our delivery service providers may adjust their fees periodically. Therefore, you acknowledge and agree that we may vary the applicable postage fees at any time with notice, provided by posting the updated fees on the Website.

b) Dispatch Timeframes

We process all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Once processed, we aim to dispatch orders on the same business day or the next business day. Please be patient during high volume periods, as this handling time may vary. Note that we are not liable for any delay in dispatching your order.

c) Delivery Timeframes

Delivery times vary between orders. While we strive to provide an estimated delivery timeframe, the actual time largely depends on the delivery service provider. Generally, orders should arrive within 7 business days unless otherwise advised.

d) Delivery Address

It is your responsibility to ensure that your postal address details are accurate. We are not responsible for incorrect or failed deliveries due to inaccurate postal details provided by you. If an order is undelivered due to your error and returned to us, we reserve the right to require additional postage fees or to terminate this agreement and issue a refund in accordance with our terms.

e) Orders Lost in Transit

If you suspect that your order has been lost or misdelivered, please contact us promptly so we can investigate. While we will investigate, we do not guarantee responsibility or liability for lost or misdelivered orders. In cases of items lost or damaged in transit, our liability is limited to the compensation we are able to recover from the delivery service provider, minus our reasonable costs of investigating and applying for compensation, unless otherwise required by law.

f) Risk

Risk for each order passes to you upon delivery to your nominated address. You must sign for your delivery unless you have given authority to leave it unattended. If you authorize us or our agents to leave your order unattended, the order is considered delivered upon being left at the specified address. If you request delivery to an address where someone else signs for the parcel, the order is considered delivered upon being left with that person.

If we accept the return of any goods, the risk reverts to us upon our confirmation of receipt of the returned goods. We recommend insuring returned goods against loss or damage during transit.

5. Events Beyond Control

In such cases, you release us from any obligation to dispatch your order while these circumstances persist. We may choose to cancel your order or complete it once normal operations resume. 9. Intellectual Property

You acknowledge and agree that all intellectual property rights owned by us remain our sole property and that nothing in this agreement transfers any ownership of our intellectual property rights to you.

10. Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises from these conditions or if you are unhappy with your product for any reason, please contact us first. We will do our best to resolve the issue quickly, cheaply, and efficiently. Both parties agree not to commence any court or tribunal proceedings until we have complied with this clause.

12. Severance

If any part of these conditions is found to be void or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that part will be severed, and the remainder of the agreement will remain in force.

We may terminate this agreement at any time with notice to you. All disclaimers and limitations of liability will survive termination. Upon giving such notice, we will refund any amounts paid by you for undelivered goods.

14. Jurisdiction

As we are based in Tangerang, Indonesia, these terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. In the event of a dispute, please contact us first, and we will do our best to resolve it quickly, cheaply, and efficiently. If we end up in court, you agree that the exclusive venue for resolving any dispute will be in the courts of the city of Tangerang and courts of appeal from them.
