Jungle Bird

Jungle Bird is a tropical cocktail with a unique flavor profile, combining rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup. Here's the recipe for the Jungle Bird:

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) dark rum
  • 3/4 ounce (22 ml) Campari
  • 1 1/2 ounces (45 ml) pineapple juice
  • 1/2 ounce (15 ml) freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/2 ounce (15 ml) simple syrup (1:1 ratio of water to sugar)
  • Pineapple slice and/or cherry for garnish
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
  2. Add the dark rum, Campari, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup to the shaker.
  3. Shake the mixture vigorously for about 15 seconds to chill the ingredients.
  4. Strain the cocktail into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice.
  5. Garnish with a pineapple slice and/or cherry on a cocktail pick.
  6. Serve and enjoy!
