El Diablo is a cocktail rooted in Mexico and renowned for its unique flavor, combining tequila with blackcurrant liqueur (creme de cassis), lime juice, and ginger beer. Here's the recipe for El Diablo:

El Diablo Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • 1 ½ ounces (45 ml) tequila
  • ½ ounce (15 ml) blackcurrant liqueur (creme de cassis)
  • ½ ounce (15 ml) fresh lime juice
  • Ginger beer
  • Ice cubes
  • Lime wedge or maraschino cherry for garnish (optional)

 

Instructions:

  1. Fill a serving glass with ice cubes.
  2. Pour tequila into the glass filled with ice.
  3. Add blackcurrant liqueur (creme de cassis) to the glass.
  4. Add fresh lime juice to the glass.
